Am I locked into a contract?
No. All paid tiers are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime from /account -> Subscription. Annual billing is available with a discount; it is opt-in, never the default.
Are off-market deals available?
Yes. Executive and Enterprise tiers expose off-market intelligence (fundraising signals, M&A chatter, and signal-graded acquirer matches) before they hit the public radar.
Are you GDPR compliant?

Are you VC-backed?

Can I delete my account?
Yes. Use the right-to-erasure flow in /privacy or email info@cluesintelligence.com. We delete personal data within 30 days and confirm via email.
Can I export data to CSV?
Executive and Enterprise tiers can export directory queries, valuation outputs, and saved searches to CSV. Developer tier can export limited slices.
Can I run a valuation on a private company?
Yes. The valuation engine runs comparable analysis, DCF, and scenario modelling on private targets using Companies House filings plus our proprietary sources.
Can I share reports with my team?
Enterprise tier includes team seats, shared workspaces, and signed-link sharing for board-ready PDFs. Executive can share via signed link only.
Do you have an API?
Enterprise tier exposes a REST API covering our directory, valuation, and signal endpoints. Auth, endpoints, and rate limits are documented for Enterprise customers.
Do you integrate with Notion, Slack, or Salesforce?
Slack alerts ship with Executive. Notion and Salesforce integrations are Enterprise-only and need a short scoping call to enable.
Do you offer annual billing discounts?
Yes. Annual billing on Developer and Executive tiers is roughly two months free vs paying monthly.
Do you sell my data?
No. We never sell, rent, or lease your personal data. We are not an ad business; operators pay for the platform, so the data flows the right way.

How accurate is your valuation engine?
Our valuation engine triangulates three independent methodologies (comparable transactions, discounted cash flow, and scenario modelling) and surfaces a confidence score on every output so you know how much weight to put on the number.
How do I cancel my subscription?
From /account -> Subscription -> Cancel. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No phone calls, no retention scripts.
How do I find investors?
Open /analysis, give Cristiano your company profile, and let him score the entire investor universe for you. The top three matches return with a written rationale.
How do I generate a board-ready report?
Run a valuation in /analysis -> Valuation, then click Export presentation. Cristiano builds a full PDF deck with cover, methodology, comps, DCF, scenarios, and risk register.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are governed by /refunds. In short: 14-day money-back on the first paid month for Developer and Executive. Enterprise refunds are scoped at contract signing.
How does Cristiano score my fit with an investor?
